Cat Eye Pigment

With this pigment and with the help of a little magnet you can create a Cat Eye effect on your nails. Mix the pigment with a little bit of topcoat (topcoat needs to have a sticky layer). After mixing the topcoat you can apply it to the nail and use the magnet. Then cure and finish with a toplayer.
