How can I add something to my current order?

Have you just placed an order with us, but do you find that you have forgotten to order a product? Don't panic, this can be solved easily! Put the product you want to add to your previous order in the shopping basket and then go to order. Write in comments that you want to add this product to a previously placed order (if you put your order number in the comment, we are very happy). Choose iDeal as payment option (you can only add something to your previous order if you opt for iDeal, otherwise we will not add the product) and as 'Pick up at the store' as shipping option. We would like to ask you to do this as soon as possible after placing your first order, otherwise it may be that your order is already on its way to PostNL and then we can unfortunately no longer add the product!


What are the delivery times?

Delivery: 2-3 (work) days


How can I send something back?

Not satisfied with your products? It is possible to return products to us. Exceptions to this are products with hygienic grounds and opened materials. Products that are unopened / sealed can be returned. You can do this in your account by clicking on the order whose products you want to return. If you do not have an account with us, you can send us an email with which products you want to return. Not sure if a product can be returned? Even then you can first contact us by mail or through your tickets account


Why doesn't Afterpay work for me?

There are two reasons why your Afterpay payment is canceled. The first reason may be that you did not state a telephone number. The second reason may be that Afterpay itself does not approve your order, for example due to a current payment or an excessive amount. For this you need to contact Afterpay yourself.


What information do I have to state if I opt for the overwrite option?

If you opt for the transfer option, we ask you to state your name and order number when making the transfer. If there is no order number, the transfer will be seen as an unknown payment and we will not send anything. This is because we want to prevent misunderstandings.


What about free purchasing with regard to VAT?

To purchase tax-free, you must have a VAT number. Furthermore, it is only possible to purchase tax-free if you live outside the Netherlands. The products must be delivered at all times to the address associated with the specified VAT number. The billing address and delivery address must be identical, otherwise the order will not take place. The ascription must also be the same as the one linked to the VAT number. It is therefore not possible to use someone else's VAT number.

Do you also supply the MSDS data sheets?

Since many people who buy also have their own company, we also supply the safety sheets for all our liquids, acrylics and gels. In these sheets you can find the ingredients and components of all products. These sheets are needed when you purchase the products without a label for resale. The products must then be registered with the EU Regulations. The products are TPO free and comply with the EG1223 / 220 and FDA cosmetics regulations. The products are notified by law as a cosmetic product to the European Commission in Brussels.


Can you purchase with or without a label?

It is possible to purchase our products without a label. Please note: if you purchase the products without a label, you must register these yourself with the Eu Regulations
