FAQ
You will receive a track & trace as soon as your package is on it's way. Keep an eye on the tracking link to find when PostNL will deliver it.
If you're not home at the time of delivery, PostNL will bring it to a pick-up location. You can pick it up for 7 days before it's being sent back to us.
Shippin within the Netherlands is €6.50.
It's possible to pick up your order. When paying for your order, choose 'Pick up at store' and you'll receive an email when your order is ready.
You can't adjust your own address, but contact us as soon as possible and we'll change the address.
Please first check if any of the neighbors have received your parcel. If not, contact us as soon as possible so we can start an investigation.
Orders are usually shipped the next working day. For example if you order on Tuesday afternoon, the order will be shipped on Wednesday. Saturday and Sunday as well as holidays we don't ship orders.
You don't need an account, however it is helpful to have one for a quick overview of all your orders. You can also favorite products to purchase later.
There's an option to add a discount code in your shopping cart.
It can take up to several minutes before the email comes through, but make sure to check your spam folder as well. If you still haven't received anything, then contact us.
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, it's possible to add something on. You can do this by placing an order with the product you forgot and instead of choosing shipping option PostNL, choose 'Pick up in store'. Send us an email or call us to inform us about this so we can make sure both orders are combined.
If the amount is less than €10, please contact us.
If your order is missing a product or something is broken, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving the package but preferably a soon as possible. Email us your order number plus a photo of the broken product. In the case you've gotten the wrong product, send a picture of this too. We will ensure the most fitting solution.
You can return products within 14 days of receiving the order. Products need to be returned in their original state: unopened and sealed. Because of hygiene reasons we don't accept opened and used products.
The shipping costs for returning products are for the customer, unless there is a mistake on our part like a broken or wrong product.
You can request a return in your account or email us with your order number. We will send further instructions.
When the return has been inspected, we will credit the amount within 14 days through the original payment method.
We offer iDeal, Riverty, Klarna, Paypal, Creditcard and Bank Transfer.
Gift cards that have been purchased from our webshop can only be redeemed in our webshop. Gift cards that have been purchased in our physical store can only be redeemed in the physical store.
When you've already paid for your order, but you're still getting reminders, it might be because our system has tried to put your order in twice and one of them has gotten stuck while processing. This is not a problem, you can contact us and we will cancel that other order.
